​Welcome To the British Bulldog Club website!



      The British Bulldog Club was founded in 1892. Our aims of the club:

* To promote and assist the ethical and healthy breeding of the Bulldog according to the Kennel Club Standard

* To hold shows and events for all members and all Bulldog enthusiasts worldwide     

​

 We hold two shows a year – The Championship show in November and The Open Show in July. We also hold an incredibly prestigious Gold Medal Puppy Competition every summer alongside our Open show which is judged by three top calibre judges. We pick our judges for their integrity, knowledge and experience to help to protect the breed standard

​

We pride ourselves on the wealth of expertise on our committee which includes ten Championship judges, two of whom judged Crufts, and makes us the most experienced Bulldog breed club committee in the UK

​

        We are one of the oldest Bulldog Clubs in the world

and a very active member club on the Bulldog Breed Council. Taking all this into account, we believe the future is bright
